PDPA AND PRIVACY POLICY

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") came into force on 15 November 2013. This notice (in compliance with the requirements of the PDPA) is issued to you on behalf of:

hereinafter referred to collectively as "Smart Kubang Pasu (SKP)". SKP recognizes and acknowledges that you have, or may have, provided your personal data that includes, but is not limited to:

Gender
NRIC, passport or other ID number
Date of birth
Personal contact number
Email

The above said personal data was provided by you and is used to identify you. If you choose to use the application, that means you are giving your consent to share your personal data as stated above. All collected personal data will only be used for the purpose of the application and parking operations. It will not be shared or transmitted for other purposes.

SKP is committed to protect your personal information and will take the relevant measures to safeguard the data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The policy only applies to personal information of individuals that is processed for commercial transactions.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

SKP may disclose your personal data for the purposes as stated above to the following parties;

Owner of the parking either City Council, Municipal Council or District Office or private parking operators.
Any person who is under a duty and has undertaken the responsibility to keep such information confidential.

We do not disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties without your consent. However, we may disclose your personal information if required by the law or in good faith, if such action is necessary to comply with any law enforcement agency requirements, court order or legal processes.

As provided by PDPA, you have the right seek access to and review your personal data in the possession of SKP and, if necessary, ask SKP to correct the said personal data, as necessary. You may address your said request for access, or indeed lodge any complaint against any misuse of your personal data in the possession of SKP by email to: support_skp@htpsmartsolution.com.my

CHANGE TO THIS POLICY

SKP may review and change this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law and our business practices or process. This Policy is not a contract, nor does it suggest any obligation on SKP part with another party.
